Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI and Digital Solutions within the CDMO domain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product features and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Drive AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Define product acceptance criteria and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and data governance requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on product progress and roadmap.
- Support product launches, adoption, and change management initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Product Owner.
- Strong experience in AI & Digital Solutions delivery.
- Domain expertise in CDMO, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Data Analytics, Digital Manufacturing, and automation technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP, LIMS, or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or Agile certifications.
- Exposure to Generative AI and digital innovation initiatives.
