Job Title: Java Developer / Senior Java Developer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern development practices including CI/CD and containerization.
The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and possess strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding of distributed systems and software design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications.
• Build scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Work on database design, query optimization, and performance tuning using SQL Server.
• Implement ORM frameworks such as JPA / Hibernate.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Manage source code using Git and work with CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Use monitoring and logging tools for application support and observability.
• Apply design patterns, data structures, and algorithms in solution development.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in software development with Java
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Proficient in SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
• Experience with ORM frameworks like JPA / Hibernate
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools ( Git)
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
