Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform while leading a team of administrators and collaborating with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, experience with Marketing Cloud or Pardot (Account Engagement), excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive platform enhancements that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce platform.
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver Salesforce enhancements.
Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Support and maintain Marketing Cloud or Pardot (Account Engagement) integrations and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CRM processes and user adoption.
Manage support tickets and resolve platform issues using ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Coordinate deployments, release management, and change management activities.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Required Skills
6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience with Marketing Cloud or Pardot (Account Engagement).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading teams and managing people.
Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, reports, dashboards, workflows, Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and user management.
Experience with release management and Salesforce best practices.
