About The Job:
- We are seeking a Techno-Functional SME specialized in various modules within Oracle E-Business Suite and experience in Oracle APEX framework and good knowledge in Oracle APEX and EBS integration architecture.
- This is a techno-functional SME role with approximately 70% technical and 30% functional expertise. This is not a pure developer role and not a pure functional lead role; it requires strong architectural, analytical, and cross-functional skills and expertise across E-Business Suite modules.
- This Techno-Functional SME will provide solution expertise and knowledge for enhancements, integrations, and technical designs across various Oracle Applications modules.
- The role requires strong understanding of various Oracle E-Business Suite modules, their setups, transaction flows, troubleshooting month-end processes, and how transactional data integrates across modules.
- Also possess Oracle APEX development knowledge for Oracle modules.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide solution design and technical experience and governance for technical enhancements and integrations.
- Support Level 3 complex issues, break-fixes, functional-impact defects, and data integrity issues.
- Review functional requirements and design Oracle EBS-based technical solutions.
- Lead RICEF designs. Deep analysis of data structures, table structures, workflows, and APIs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot techno functional issues across various Oracle modules and provide the solution accordingly.
- Collaborate with various business teams to ensure end-to-end solution stability.
- Validate technical deliverables from developers and ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide architecture insight into various modules transaction flows, posting flows, SLA rules, data mapping, and audit controls.
- Provide technical support and follow-up with product vendors.
- Troubleshoot batch jobs, forms, reports and interface issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and error detection/correction.
- Monitor integrations for data leakage and error handling.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across integrations.
- Responsible for designing and developing a product on Oracle APEX.
- Oracle APEX integrations.
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle EBS Techno Functional and Oracle APEX experience.
- Strong knowledge of technical and functional aspects of various modules in E-Business Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX development and integrations.
- Deep understanding of various data models and integration flows.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, Oracle API and interface troubleshooting.
- Experience performing RCA and Level 3 support in various modules.
- Ability to provide expertise to technical teams and coordinate with business stakeholders.
- Cross-module integrations and transaction flows.
- Oracle integrations and third-party systems and their troubleshooting skills.
- BI/XML Publisher reporting.
