Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical architecture expertise, guide development teams, define platform best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and technical solutions.

• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

• Define development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes.

• Design scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Review solution designs, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Provide guidance on platform performance, security, upgrade strategy, and maintainability.

• Mentor developers and support technical teams throughout project delivery.

• Work across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform design, and solution implementation.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

• Experience designing integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices.

• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and technical teams.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – One or more modules

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• ITIL 4 Foundation

Nice to Have

• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Enterprise Architecture certifications.

• Experience in Healthcare domain projects.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
