  • Soft Skills: Communication, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BFSI Domain Exposure: Mortgages, lending, and credit risk frameworks.
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Agentic AI & RAG Systems: Experience in multi agent workflows, retrieval augmented generation, and AI observability.
