Essential Job Functions:
FICA & AR Data Migration Strategy
- Formulate and document end-to-end data migration architecture for FICA and FI-AR in ECC to S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
- Lead mapping and conversion of legacy Customer/Debtor accounts and Contract Accounts into S/4HANA Business Partners (BP) using Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI).

Design extraction and loading rules for:
- FICA open items.
- Installment plans.
- Security deposits.
- Credit balances.

Manage migration of:
- Legacy clearing histories.
- Dunning histories.
- Collection agency status.
- Address cross-subledger migration dependencies between FI-AR and FICA.

Configure core FI-CA functionalities, including:
- Payments.
- Dunning.
- Clearing Control.
- Provide BAU support to troubleshoot production issues and ensure operational stability.
Technical Execution & Tooling

Develop and execute data migration using:
- SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC/Migrate Your Data).
- EMIGALL.
- SAP BODS.
- BAPIs.
- Custom ABAP extraction programs.
- Lead multiple mock migration cycles.
- Perform performance optimization and volume testing for large-scale financial datasets.
- Coordinate legacy data cleansing, archiving, and pre-migration readiness activities.
- Perform S/4HANA pre-migration validation checks.
Reconciliation, Auditability & Cutover

Design and implement pre- and post-migration reconciliation frameworks between:
- ECC FICA/FI-AR sub-ledgers.
- General Ledger (GL).
- S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

Plan and execute cutover activities, including:
- Delta data migration.
- Final production migration.
- Go-live support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex migration, validation, and post-load posting errors.
- 10+ years of SAP FICA and SAP FI-AR functional and technical experience.
- Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects focused on FICA and AR data migration.

Strong knowledge of FICA sub-ledger concepts, including:
- Posting specifications.
- Clearing rules.
- Dunning.
- Payment runs.
- Write-offs.
- GL integration.
- FI-AR customer sub-ledger mapping.

Advanced expertise in:
- SAP Migration Cockpit.
- EMIGALL.
- SAP BODS.
- LSMW.
- Standard FICA BAPIs and Function Modules.
- Strong knowledge of Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI).

Deep understanding of FICA tables, including:
- DFKKOP.
- DFKKKO.
- FKKVKP.
- DFKKCOLL.

Strong knowledge of FI-AR tables, including:
- KNB1.
- KNVV.
- BSID.
- BSAD.
- Proven expertise in financial reconciliation and audit-compliant data validation for high-volume transactional data.
Preferred Skills

Experience with industry solutions such as:
- SAP IS-U (Utilities).
- BRIM/SOM.
- Telecommunications.
- Insurance (FS-CD).

Experience with Selective Data Transition (SDT) tools, including:
- SNP CrystalBridge/Glue.
- Natuvion.
- SAP DMLT.
- Ability to read and debug ABAP code to identify migration issues and collaborate with technical developers.
