About The Job:
- As a Business Operations & Growth manager, you will contribute directly to Airbnb’s growth strategy in India by supporting market analysis, business operations, and cross-functional initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, giving you hands-on exposure to how a global tech company drives growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
- You will work closely with the Growth and Business Operations Lead and Country Manager locally and collaborate with regional and global teams across brand marketing, growth marketing, product, supply, comms, payments, legal, trust and others to run workstreams. You will gain experience with real business challenges and have the opportunity to support initiatives that directly influence Airbnb’s performance in India.
- Success in this role requires curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Program Management: Support end-to-end coordination of growth and business operations programs-defining workplans, tracking milestones, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion.
- Operational Support: Help coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of growth initiatives by tracking milestones and following up on action items.
- Competitive & Industry Analysis: Monitor competitors, platform updates, and emerging trends in India’s travel and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Supporting Strategic Projects: Partner with the Growth Lead, senior stakeholders and country manager to develop business cases, prepare strategic reviews, and contribute to India’s growth roadmap- translating data and research into structured recommendations that inform decision-making.
- Education: MBA from top tier institute with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with data—ability to organize, analyze, and interpret datasets using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with global marketing teams, product, data partners, and local business teams in highly collaborative environments.
- Ownership & Initiative: Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver on deadlines
