About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the Senior techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow IRM.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
- Risk Management.
- Controls.
- Compliance.
- Issues.
- Audit Management.
- Assess enhancement requests and perform impact analysis on existing solutions.
- Support platform releases, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking capabilities.
- Maintain platform documentation and governance artifacts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to deliver platform improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, or ServiceNow delivery roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM functional, technical, and solution design experience.

Strong knowledge of:
- Risk Management.
- Controls.
- Compliance.
- Audit processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
