City Business Lead - Field Sales & Operations

We are building one of India's largest commercial video data collection networks and looking for highly driven field operators who can build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations.

This is not a desk job.
This role is for hustlers who can operate independently, unlock locations, manage people, and deliver results.

What You'll Do

• Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses
• Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection
• Build relationships and close partnerships
• Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs)
• Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations
• Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality
• Expand into new categories and new areas

Earnings & Growth
