Literature Review Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature searches using scientific databases and other reliable sources.
• Review, analyze, and summarize research articles, journals, and technical publications.
• Extract relevant information and prepare structured literature review reports.
• Evaluate the quality and relevance of research studies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and references.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support research projects and evidence generation.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific publications and industry trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned research tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in literature review, research, or scientific analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and summarize scientific or technical publications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using research databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, or Embase.
• Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or academic research.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and evidence-based practices.
