Key Responsibilities

Manual testing simulating the behavior of a real user from a business perspective.

Regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested software still

performs as expected after a development change.

Load testing by simulating multiple users accessing the program concurrently.

Creating various test cases based on business requirements

Post push to production check

Understanding bugs in the system and resolving the Root cause analysis of issues.

Additional responsibility such as Requirement gathering and Design of workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (non-technical

degrees considered with relevant coursework/experience), with a minimum of 60% in

12th and Graduation.

1-3 years of experience in Manual, Regression, and Load testing, with direct exposure to

finance domain systems like LOS

Strong hands-on proficiency with advanced Excel and Google Sheets formulas for data

handling and analysis.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate daily with multiple

stakeholders, combined with a fast-learning, highly adaptable mindset.
