Business Development Executive

Main Responsibilities:

\n
• Support engagement with key clients to understand their operational needs and challenges.
\n
• Facilitate discussions and communication with local clients, including in the local language where required, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
\n
• Present and clearly communicate the value of our solutions and services during client interactions.
\n
• Prepare proposals and supporting materials tailored to client requirements.
\n
• Conduct close follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries or requests.
\n
• Attend customer meetings and discussions alongside the Business Development Manager to provide on-ground support.
\n
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding evolving needs and supporting client satisfaction.
\n
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Degree in any discipline.
\n
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement or business development support.
\n
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
\n
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
\n
• Experience in preparing proposals and supporting commercial discussions is preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of technology solutions or services is an advantage but not mandatory.
\n
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
\n
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong interest in client engagement and commercial activities.
\n
• Comfortable visiting, presenting to, and interacting with clients.
\n
• Strong ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines efficiently.
\n
• Able to work effectively with colleagues across teams and locations.
\n
