Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years’ relevant experience

Experience: 5–10 years in Individual Accounts/Finance segment
\n
Reporting To: CFO
\n
CTC Range: ₹25–35 LPA
\n
Joining Timeline: 1–2 months
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Regular maintenance of Individual Accounts including taxation, investment, and tax planning for promoters/directors.
\n - Investment planning with focus on tax efficiencies.
\n - Due diligence and monthly monitoring of JV companies.
\n - Strong knowledge of income computation, GST, company compliance, and company formation.
\n - Coordination with investment bankers, PE/VC funds, and handling valuation discussions.
\n - Finalization of books, CARO, TP audit, cost audits.
\n - Preparation of financials, monthly trackers, and MIS reports.
\n - Handling of private trusts, mutual funds, and individual investments.
