Freelance Oracle HCM Payroll (Mexico Payroll)

We're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join a freelance remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with hands-on implementation experience in Mexico Payroll . Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Lead and support Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for Mexico Payroll . Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Payroll solutions. Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory compliance. Support payroll testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful payroll implementation. Provide post-go-live support during initial payroll processing. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud . Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll . Mexico Payroll implementation experience is mandatory. Strong understanding of Mexico payroll regulations and statutory requirements. Experience with payroll configuration, testing, and deployment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Experience 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience. 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience. Proven experience delivering Mexico Payroll projects ( Mandatory ).
