Job Description
Job Scope: The position will be responsible for building and managing Yotta’s business across all product lines, with key focus on AI Services, across enterprise, AI-native, research, sovereign cloud, and hyperscale ecosystem customers. The role requires strong technical understanding of GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, cloud economics, data centre capabilities, security/compliance requirements, and commercial deal structures. The incumbent will own global account development, strategic partnerships, executive relationships, pipeline creation, solution positioning, commercial closure, and customer success coordination. The role will also require flexible working hours to manage timezone differences across international markets and to support customer engagements, partner discussions, and critical deal cycles. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the international go-to-market plan for Yotta’s GPUaaS, Shakti Cloud, AI cloud and high-performance compute offerings. Identify, qualify and acquire global customers including AI startups, model builders, enterprises, research institutions, sovereign AI programs, system integrators and technology partners. Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting, discovery, technical qualification, solution positioning and commercial negotiation to contract closure and account expansion. Engage confidently with C-level executives, founders, CTOs, heads of AI/ML, infrastructure leaders, procurement teams and partner stakeholders. Translate customer AI/ML requirements into GPU infrastructure solutions covering training, fine-tuning, inference, bare metal clusters, serverless GPUs, storage, networking, security and managed services. Collaborate with product, pre-sales, cloud engineering, data centre, legal, finance, delivery and customer success teams to build technically sound and commercially viable proposals. Drive large, complex and multi-region deals while maintaining discipline on pricing, margins, contract terms, usage commitments and revenue forecasting. Maintain deep awareness of GPU supply, AI infrastructure demand, competitive offerings, cloud pricing models, sovereign AI requirements and international market trends. Represent Yotta in international customer meetings, partner engagements, industry events, analyst discussions and executive briefings. Work across flexible hours as required to support customers and partners across multiple time zones, including early morning or late evening calls during critical business cycles. Ensure adherence to Yotta’s policy statements and management systems including QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, PIMS, ITSM and other applicable compliance frameworks. Participate in risk assessment processes, support departmental objectives and assist in maintaining privacy and information security controls throughout the customer lifecycle. Required / Good to have Skills: Strong understanding of GPUaaS, AI cloud, public cloud, private cloud, data centre infrastructure and high-performance computing business models. Ability to discuss GPU architectures, AI/ML workloads, LLM training and inference, networking, storage, orchestration, security and performance requirements with technical stakeholders. Proven experience in international business development, enterprise technology sales, strategic account management or cloud infrastructure sales. Executive presence with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders, build trust and represent Yotta credibly in high-value global engagements. Commercial acumen in structuring large deals, capacity commitments, usage-based pricing, margin management, contractual terms and multi-year enterprise agreements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing, executive presentations, negotiation and cross-cultural communication. Ability to operate with speed, ambiguity and accountability in a high-growth GPU compute market. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong discipline in pipeline hygiene, forecasting and reporting. Demonstrated track record of managing international customers, strategic accounts, partner ecosystems and complex B2B commercial negotiations. Experience selling or positioning AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, cloud services, sovereign cloud, managed infrastructure, data centre services or related enterprise IT solutions is strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to support global customers and manage timezone differences.
