Senior Sales Officer

We're Hiring | Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Sales | Goa

Monier Roofing Pvt. Ltd. (BMI Group) is looking for an experienced Sales Professional from the Building Materials Industry to drive business growth across Goa.

Location: Goa (Candidates should be based in Goa or nearby.)

Experience: 5–9 Years (Building Materials industry experience is mandatory.)

CTC: ₹8–9 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate.)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.

Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network.

Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and government departments.

Generate and convert B2B & B2C project opportunities.

Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and maintain CRM.

Negotiate and close profitable orders while ensuring healthy margins.

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5–9 years in Building Materials Sales.

• Strong network across Goa with architects, builders, dealers & developers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills.

• Graduate (MBA – Marketing preferred).

• Willingness to travel across Goa.
