Business Development Executive
Job Description
The Experience Center Business Development professional will be responsible for managing daily operations of the Experience Center while driving business growth through strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, and Contractors. This role demands exceptional customer engagement, sales conversion capability, and proactive networking to build a robust project pipeline.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n1. Sales & Conversion
\nAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets from walk-ins and project leads.
\nPrepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales deals.
\nTrack and report daily footfall, leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
\nBuild a strong pipeline of retail and project customers.
\n\n2. Business Development
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Interior Designers.
\nConduct regular visits, presentations, and product demos to generate project leads.
\nCollaborate with the design community to position company products in upcoming projects.
\nAttend industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to create brand awareness.
\nManage key accounts and ensure regular engagement for repeat business.
\n\n3. Coordination & Communication
\nCoordinate with marketing teams for local campaigns, events, and Experience Center promotions.
\nWork closely with operations and supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
\nProvide customer feedback and market insights to the product and marketing teams.
\nExperience
\n\n3-7 years of experience in Experience Center/Showroom management or business development.
\nPrior experience dealing with Architects, Builders, Contractors preferred.
\nExperience in building materials, interiors, luxury products, or home improvement industry is an advantage.
