Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities :-

'14; Build, maintain & visit potential clients (schools, NGOs, and colleges) across India and conduct product demonstrations.

'14; Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

'14; Generate and qualify leads through client meetings, networking, and regular follow-ups with prospects from the provided database.

'14; Coordinate with the Head Office regarding daily activities, proposals, and deal closures.

'14; Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.

'14; Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client interactions.

'14; Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects from the provided database.

'14; Strengthen client relationships by ensuring consistent post-deal communication and support.

'14; Ensure smooth client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for successful service delivery.

'14; Work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently achieve business targets.

'14; Travel as required for client meetings and business expansion activities.

What We're Looking For:-

'05; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

'05; 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, or client relationship management.

'05; Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

'05; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

'05; 100% Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and product demonstrations.
