Service Delivery Manager

We’re Hiring: Service Delivery Manager – Cloud Platform Experience: 5–7 years | Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager who can lead cloud infrastructure delivery across AWS and Azure , manage customer expectations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, driving service excellence, and working with smart cloud teams, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Cloud Skills We’re Looking For Own end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure managed services. Ensure SLA, KPI, incident, problem, change, and release management excellence. Act as the key customer contact for service reviews, escalations, and improvements. Lead and mentor cloud/infrastructure engineers. Drive automation, standardization, RCA, and continuous service improvement. Good working knowledge of AWS and Azure services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, CloudWatch, Azure VMs, VNet, Storage, Backup, Monitor, Load Balancer, App Services, Azure SQL, Entra ID, and AKS. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or managed services. At least 2 years in a Service Delivery, Technical Lead, or Team Lead role. Strong ITIL process understanding. Experience managing AWS and/or Azure production environments. Excellent communication, customer management, and stakeholder handling skills.
