About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with clients, generating leads, and building business relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and database prospecting.
\n
• Identify potential customers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
\n
• Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
\n
• Update lead status and activities in the CRM.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
\n
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
\n

Requirements

\n
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, Customer Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
\n
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
\n
• Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, SaaS, IoT, Technology Sales, or Industrial Solutions will be an added advantage.
\n
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
\n
