We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our open-market expansion. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for hunting new business, mapping the market, and pitching our solutions directly to pharmaceutical companies, pathology labs (pathlabs), and corporate healthcare providers. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the B2B healthcare ecosystem, exceptional corporate presentation skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value institutional deals. Job Details Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site) Experience: 3 to 6 years in B2B Corporate Sales, Pharma Sales, or Healthcare Partnerships Work Schedule: 6 days working Compensation: Competitive Fixed CTC plus high-growth performance incentives Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and onboard pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic networks, and pathlabs as strategic corporate partners. Drive end-to-end business development cycles from cold outreach, open-market prospecting, and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Build and execute a robust pipeline of corporate clients to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Understand corporate client needs and position our tailored offerings effectively to senior stakeholders, procurement heads, and decision-makers. Coordinate closely with internal operations and product teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of the sales pipeline, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of dedicated B2B sales or institutional partnership experience, specifically targeting pharma companies or diagnostic lab networks. An existing network or strong familiarity with the healthcare, pharma, and pathlab ecosystem is highly advantageous. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas in an open-market hunting environment. Excellent corporate presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication skills in English and Kannda. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage a complex sales cycle, and navigate large corporate structures. Comfortable working with CRM platforms, MS Excel, and Google Sheets for rigorous pipeline tracking.
