We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Freshers) Leadassist is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur. Location: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur (Onsite) Experience: Freshers welcome CTC: ₹3 – 5 LPA (based on profile) + performance incentives What you'll do: Handle inbound leads coming in through Facebook and LinkedIn Make calls to understand customer needs and pitch our offerings Convert inbound leads into paying customers Build and manage a strong sales pipeline What we're looking for: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, persuasive, and target-driven Any graduate; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory Perks: Fun Fridays & Fun Saturdays, 2 paid leaves a month, flexible timings, and a genuinely chill work environment.
