Job Title: Junior Architect Employment type: Full Time Work mode: Office Job location :- Bandra Department Architecture Educational qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture. • Software Skills – AutoCad, Sketchup Job description: • Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and construction documentation. • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, presentations, and design reports. • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design evaluations. • Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously. • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Lead and mentor junior architects and design staff. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects. • Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders. • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
