We're Hiring | Business Development Manager | Delhi At Seed Media, we don't just run campaigns. We create conversations that people actually want to be a part of. From blockbuster movie launches and OTT releases to consumer brands and startups, we help brands win attention through meme marketing, influencer marketing, and internet-first campaigns. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us take Seed Media to even more brands across India. &A0;️ Please read before applying We are looking for candidates with prior experience in advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, media, creative, branding, or PR agencies. Applications from candidates whose experience is primarily in SaaS, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, BPO, Recruitment, Manufacturing, Pharma, or other unrelated industries will not be considered. What you'll do • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers. • Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry connections. • Understand client requirements and recommend the right marketing solutions. • Pitch our services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals. • Work closely with our strategy and client servicing teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. • Build a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets. What we're looking for • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, media company, or advertising agency is preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • A self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships and closing business. • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
