CCTC | ECTC | Notice Period | Location Preference [email protected] Act fast for immediate attention! ⏳ Role Requirements 10+ years of overall IT experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in: MuleSoft OpenShift RTF (Runtime Fabric) AKS CI/CD GitHub Unix Azure Cloud Strong experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in integration and cloud technologies Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to support team members proactively Key Responsibilities Act as a hands-on SME for MuleSoft and OpenShift platform operations Manage and support MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform deployments in enterprise environments Handle CI/CD deployment, enhancement activities, pipeline issues, and platform troubleshooting Support and optimize RTF, OpenShift, and AKS-based deployments Work closely with DevOps, cloud, and application teams for platform reliability and improvement Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and platform performance issues Implement best practices around web security, performance optimization, and platform stability Support code quality, monitoring, observability, and release governance processes Ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools and cloud infrastructure Provide technical guidance and SME-level support for platform improvements and issue resolution Required Skills MuleSoft OpenShift Anypoint Platform RTF (Runtime Fabric) Azure AKS CI/CD GitHub Unix Azure Cloud DataWeave Performance Optimization Web Security Our Environment Candidate should be comfortable working in an environment involving: MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform OpenShift Azure AKS Azure Cloud Nexus Elasticsearch ActiveMQ CI/CD deployment / enhancement / pipeline issue handling SonarQube Datadog / Grafana DB Cache Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise integration platform support Strong troubleshooting skills in platform, deployment, and cloud environments Exposure to monitoring and observability tools Experience handling release pipelines and deployment governance Good communication and collaboration skills
