We're Hiring | Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Sales | Goa Monier Roofing Pvt. Ltd. (BMI Group) is looking for an experienced Sales Professional from the Building Materials Industry to drive business growth across Goa. Location: Goa (Candidates should be based in Goa or nearby.) Experience: 5–9 Years (Building Materials industry experience is mandatory.) CTC: ₹8–9 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate.) Key Responsibilities '14; Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth. '14; Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network. '14; Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and government departments. '14; Generate and convert B2B & B2C project opportunities. '14; Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and maintain CRM. '14; Negotiate and close profitable orders while ensuring healthy margins. '14; Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution. '05; What We're Looking For • 5–9 years in Building Materials Sales. • Strong network across Goa with architects, builders, dealers & developers. • Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills. • Graduate (MBA – Marketing preferred). • Willingness to travel across Goa.
