General Manager - Support & Service Sales
Job Description
OBJECTIVE
\nAs the Service Strategy lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our
\nSupport and Service operations. With a solution-oriented mindset, you will be responsible for
\noverseeing the strategic direction and operational success of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. With a self-driven approach, your strong decision-making skills and strategic foresight, this critical leadership role demands an individual with a strong understanding of service delivery, contract management, and customer relationship building with responsibilities of timely collections.
\nYour ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions, optimize service workflows, and foster
\nlong-term customer relationships will be key to driving retention, improving service performance,
\nand enhancing overall client satisfaction.
\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the sales and support of AMC/Services business and to ensure that a good gross margin is achieved. \n
- Meeting Negotiating and finalizing high value AMCs with potential vendors/ clients and strategy tie ups with top management/Decision makers of the organizations. \n
- Final decision concerning Payment Collections, Decision on Retaining the existing AMC/Services to Customers and adding new customers for AMC. \n
- Achieving AMC revenue generation target as set by the company by task allocation to support team. \n
- Meeting/Negotiation with potential Customers for Third Party AMCs. \n
- Regular follow up with Client for Fund Availability. \n
- Monitoring AMCs with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of AMC. \n
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
\n1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
\n2. Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
\n3. Strong team-building skills with a focus on employee development and retention.
\n4. Travel to client sites as required.
\n5. Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, is preferred.
