· Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ on Windows OS
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
· Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions
· Work on application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance optimization
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
· Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams
· Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
· Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
· Support production deployments and post-release activities
· Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required
