Business Development Executive (IT) | 0-1 Year Location: Ahmedabad Work Mode: On-site Working Days: Monday to Friday About Appsrow: Appsrow is a Webflow Premium Partner helping startups and global businesses build modern digital experiences through Webflow development, UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing. We're looking for enthusiastic freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a long-term career in IT Business Development. This is not a telecalling or field sales role. You'll receive structured training and work with international clients while learning modern IT Business Development. What You'll Do: Generate and qualify leads Communicate with domestic & international clients Understand business requirements Prepare proposals and follow-ups Maintain CRM and sales pipeline Coordinate with design & development teams Learn AI-powered sales and productivity tools Requirements: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience Good English communication (Verbal & Written) Basic understanding of Business Development Basic knowledge of IT services Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Eagerness to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits: Structured Training Program Paid Internship (₹6,000-₹10,000/month + Incentives) Performance-Based PPO Work with international clients Monday-Friday work week Career mentoring and growth opportunities
