About the Role\n

Siddhi Vinayak Trading Co. is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Business Development Manager to promote and develop the market for Wacker Silicone Sealants in the construction and façade industry. The ideal candidate will build relationships with key decision-makers, generate product specifications, and drive business growth across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Promote and recommend Wacker Silicone Sealants to:
\n
• Structural Engineers
\n
• Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
\n
• Architects
\n
• Glass Façade Consultants
\n
• Glass Façade Fabricators & Manufacturers
\n
• Aluminium System Companies
\n
• Real Estate Developers & Contractors
\n
• Generate product specifications and approvals in upcoming construction projects.
\n
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
\n
• Develop strong relationships with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into orders.
\n
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
\n
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
\n
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
\n
• 2–5 years of experience in construction chemicals, façade systems, sealants, adhesives, or related building materials.
\n
• Experience working with consultants, PMCs, architects, or façade contractors will be preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\n
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer meetings and project visits.
\n
