We are looking for a creative and passionate professional to design high-quality, skills-based learning experiences for students across grade levels. The role focuses on developing engaging, student-centred content aligned with 21st-century skills and curriculum goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum & Content Development

  • Design and develop skill-based curriculum across subjects and grades
  • \n
  • Create lesson plans, teaching resources, and learning materials
  • \n
  • Ensure alignment with learning outcomes and program frameworks
  • \n
\n

2. Instructional Design & Pedagogy

\n
    \n
  • Integrate 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication)
  • \n
  • Apply student-centred approaches to enhance engagement
  • \n
  • Design inquiry-based and real-world connected learning experiences
  • \n
\n

3. Research & Content Quality

  • Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • \n
  • Maintain clarity, structure, and high instructional quality
  • \n
  • Improve content based on feedback and best practices
  • \n
\n

4. Creativity & Engagement

  • Develop innovative and interactive learning strategies
  • \n
  • Design differentiated and inclusive learning experiences
  • \n
  • Ensure content is accessible for diverse learners
  • \n

5. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Collaborate with Curriculum Managers, Instructional Designers, and Training teams
  • \n
  • Contribute to brainstorming and co-creation processes
  • \n
  • Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and openness to feedback
  • \n

Qualifications & Experience

\n
    \n
  • 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development, content creation, or teaching
  • \n
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills
  • \n
  • Ability to design engaging lesson plans and learning materials
  • \n
  • Understanding of student-centred learning and 21st-century skills
  • \n
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive and growth-oriented attitude
  • \n
\n

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent
  • \n
  • Experience in teaching fellowships or curriculum-based programs
  • \n
  • Prior experience in K–12 education systems
