  Job Summary
  We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and hands-on experience with AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing Now Assist Skill Kit, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, AI-driven workflows, and ServiceNow platform customizations across ITSM modules. This role requires designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize Now Assist Skill Kit, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Develop effective prompts and optimize AI responses using Prompt Engineering best practices.
• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, UI components, and integrations.
• Develop and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Design AI-enabled workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes.
• Configure AI search, virtual agent capabilities, and intelligent automation features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow AI and Generative AI innovations.
• Required Skills
• 5–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist Skill Kit.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering for enterprise AI applications.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Expertise in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience developing Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scripted REST APIs, and Flow Actions.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Virtual Agent and AI Search.
• Exposure to AI Agents and intelligent automation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and AI orchestration.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM) certification is a plus.
