Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a Hybrid role for Mohali location, reporting to the Senior Manager in the Finance (FP&A) department. In this critical replacement position, you will join the FP&A India team to drive financial planning and analysis for the Public Sector Geo, working closely to support our US headquarters counterpart and optimize global market outcomes.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly GTM performance, focusing on New Business ACV, Upsell/Cross-sell, Pipeline health, and coverage ratio, while providing variance analysis of actual bookings versus forecast to identify key drivers of performance
  • Manage headcount and expense reporting and forecasting, including marketing spend, travel and expense, and program spend, while driving cost-saving initiatives and process automation through variance commentaries
  • Support the annual planning process and rolling quarterly forecasts by building and maintaining financial models to predict productivity and consolidating regional inputs into a cohesive global story for US leadership
  • Partner effectively with US-based GTM Operations and Global FP&A teams, maintaining the flexibility to overlap with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) zones for key forecast calls and business reviews
  • Utilize AI/ML tools to automate routine reporting, enhance predictive forecasting, leverage Generative AI to synthesize large datasets for executive summaries, and collaborate with Analytics to integrate advanced statistical solutions

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools to automate routine reporting and forecasting
  • Three to five years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Business Finance, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or an equivalent advanced professional degree
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Intermediate to expert Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in ERP/EPM tools such as NetSuite and Adaptive, CRM/BI tools like Salesforce and Tableau, and a basic understanding of SQL or Python
