Analyst - A1 - GTS

Roles & responsibilities
Support and maintain production environments, ensuring application availability, stability, and performance.
Monitor applications and infrastructure using Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, and other monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Support cloud-based services including Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and related Azure components.
Resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL best practices and defined SLAs.
Perform post-deployment validation and support release activities to ensure smooth production operations.
Assist in troubleshooting application, platform, infrastructure, and SQL database related issues.
Support server health checks, patching, vulnerability remediation, and environment maintenance activities.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered tools wherever applicable to improve productivity, streamline tasks, enhance troubleshooting, and support operational decision-making.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, Security, and Support teams to achieve operational objectives.
Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Support compliance, audit, disaster recovery, and testing activities as required.
Participate in training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to develop technical, cloud, and AI-related skills.
Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools wherever applicable to enhance productivity, efficiency, problem-solving, and knowledge management activities.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
