Data Analyst

Strong experience in managing endtoend data or analytics projects, preferably in data dashboarding and reporting environments
Solid understanding of the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting
Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Firebase will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and database systems (SQL / NoSQL)
Experience working in crossfunctional environments involving business, data engineering, and analytics teams
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured plans
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively
High attention to detail with a strong focus on delivery quality and accuracy
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in ownership, scope, and execution approach
Agile mindset with a strong bias towards execution and outcomes
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Ability to balance longterm strategic goals with shortterm delivery requirements
