| Job Description: |
Role Descriptions: Administer and maintain the Grafana platform across various environments. Configure and manage alerts and notification channels. Design and optimize dashboards for monitoring and reporting. Troubleshoot integration issues and support incident management. Collaborate with teams to onboard new observability requirements.
Essential Skills: Knowledge of API-based integrations and automation is beneficial. Experience with LDAP| SSO| and Active Directory integration is a plus. Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of dashboards is advantageous. Understanding of best practices for dashboard organization is helpful. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives is desirable.Strong experience with Grafana and monitoring tools is essential. Proficiency in configuring alerts and managing dashboards is critical. Familiarity with cloud monitoring sources like AWS| Azure| and GCP is required. Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and perform L2-level support is necessary. Experience in enterprise monitoring environments is preferred.
