ROLE: ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst (Snow GRC BA)
LOCATION: India- pan India cities (WFO)
EXP REQUIRED: 6-8 years
Job description:
MANDATORY
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, with specific experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules
Deep understanding of GRC principles, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
Good to have
Ability to analyse biz. req. and translate them into user stories and req. documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
R&R:
responsible for req. understanding, analysing impacts to support organizational risk and compliance objectives, processes and flows.
Identify gaps in current processes, propose enhancements, and implement best practices in risk and compliance workflows.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Assist in configuration of SNow- GRC to align with biz. Req. ensuring effective risk management, compliance, and governance
Strong hands-on experience with SNow GRC IRM modules
Solid understanding of GRC principles, including risk assessments, control frameworks, compliance reporting, and audits
Support UAT and other testing activities to meet the acceptance criteria for the design and implementations. |
