Position - Project Manager ( AI-Powered Project Manager) Location - Mumbai, Chennai, Noida, Kolkata (Hybrid/Office) Experience- 10-12 years Client Focus - International / US-based Customers Position Overvie w We are looking for a disciplined, high-calibe r Project Manag er to lead end-to-end software and content delivery projects. The ideal candidate will be a Master of Project controls—capable of building rock-solid project plans, tracking them meticulously to closure, and protecting project margins. You will act as the crucial bridge between our technical teams (Solutions Architects, Tech Leads) and our global clients, requiring a strong blend of technical literacy, financial acumen, and elite communication skill s. Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Project Management Responsibili ties Leverage Generative AI and Copilot solutions to improve project planning, risk identification, status reporting, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communications .Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance team productivity, delivery predictability, and decision-making while ensuring alignment with organizational governance policies. Utilize AI-assisted insights to proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependency bottlenecks, and quality conce rns. Project Planning & Lifecycle Management End-to-End Execu tion: Create comprehensive project plans, define critical paths, allocate resources, and rigorously track all milestones from initiation to formal clo sure. Process Discip line: Oversee core project management governance, including st rict Change Order Request (CR) tracking, risk mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolu tion. KPI Trac king: Establish, monitor, and report on key project health metrics (Schedule Variance, Cost Variance, Resource Utilization, and Quality Metr ics). Financial & Delivery Models Fixed Price Exec ution: Proven experience deliv ering Fixed Price projects and implement ations, ensuring tight scope management to minimize scope creep while meeting contractual obliga tions. T&M Manag ement: Efficiently manage Time & Material (T&M) engagements, tracking burn rates and resource foreca sting. Client Governance & Collaboration Client-Facing Lead ership: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders. Lead regular steering meetings, technical reviews, and project status u pdates. Presentations & Rep orting: Confidently conduct high-impact presentations for both executive-level clients and internal leadership teams. Cross-Functional S ynergy: Partner closely with in ternal Solutions Architects and Technica l Leads to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and system architecture, translating them into clear client expect ations. Required Qualifications & Skills Commun i cation: Good verbal and written communication is a must. You must be able to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and write precise project docume ntation. Core PM Compe tencies: Expert-level knowl edge of Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Change Ma nagement pr ocesses. Technical & Solution L iteracy: Strong exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). While not a coder, you must have the technical grounding to understand architectural diagrams, API limitations, and engineering roa dblocks. Tooling: Hands-on expertise with project scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smar tsheet). Exp erience: 5+ years of core project management experience, preferably within IT services, software implementation, or the EdTech domain. Ed ucation: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech preferred, or equivalent technical background). PMP or Scrum Master certification is an added ad vantage. Why Join LearningMate?
