Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: %CF; Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,testing, and deployment. %CF; Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities. %CF; Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements. %CF; Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity. %CF; Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live. %CF; Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for issue resolution. %CF; Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery. %CF; Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability. %CF; Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team. Required Qualifications: Educational %CF; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. %CF; Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools preferred. Professional %CF; 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting. %CF; Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows. %CF; Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management. %CF; Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis. %CF; Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. %CF; Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
