Responsibilities:

Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and Pharm.D courses as per PCI curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.
Conduct theory classes, practicals, tutorials, seminars, and mentoring sessions.
Guide student projects, seminars, internships, and research activities.
Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, instruments, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain records required by PCI, University, NAAC, NBA, and other regulatory bodies.
Participate in institutional development activities, admissions, outreach programmes, and extension services.
Undertake research, publish in quality journals, and apply for funded research projects.
Organize conferences, workshops, FDPs, guest lectures, and continuing education programmes.
Perform examination duties, valuation, invigilation, and academic administration.
Contribute to student mentoring, placement activities, and institutional quality initiatives.
Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Management.

Requirements:

Less than 3 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience.
Fresh postgraduates with excellent academic records may also apply.
First Class B.Pharm and M.Pharm in the relevant specialization from a PCI/AICTE-recognized institution.
Registration as a Pharmacist wherever applicable.
Good communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Research orientation with scientific writing skills.
Teamwork, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NAAC, NBA, and PCI documentation.
Ability to mentor students and contribute to institutional growth.

Preference Skills:

GPAT qualification (where applicable).
Experience in PCI inspections, NAAC/NBA documentation, research projects, and academic administration.
Good publication record in indexed journals.
Industry exposure and collaborative research experience.
