We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to lead the full-cycle hiring process for technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source and screen candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical job requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies: job boards, LinkedIn, niche platforms.
- Screen candidates via resumes, phone/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; gather feedback and align with hiring managers.
- Present salary and benefits offers; negotiate and close candidates.
