Role- Process Consultant (ServiceNow ITAM - Business Analyst)

Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: PAN India (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITAM implementations.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications/user stories.
Design and improve IT Asset Management processes (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).
Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Support UAT, documentation, process mapping, and client communication.
Recommend ITAM best practices aligned with business needs.

Required Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong Business Analyst/Process Consultant expertise.
Hands-on experience in ITAM (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).
Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle, Software Licensing, Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM.
Experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories, UAT, and Agile methodology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
