Senior Software Development Engineer

Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Software Engineering in the Risk360 department. You will join the team that built the world's largest cloud security platform from the ground up to help organizations worldwide harness speed and agility with a cloud-first strategy. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our multitenant architecture, enabling the delivery of innovative services to over 15 million users across 185 countries.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

• Develop product features related to data transformations, enrichment, analytics, and user-facing dashboards
• Design and implement intuitive, performant web applications using ReactJS for data visualization and user interaction
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines to handle data ingestion, transformation, and analysis for risk quantification
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track data platform performance and health while defining maintenance procedures
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 3+ years of experience in software development for enterprise solutions, including web-based applications
• Solid experience in Core Java, Concurrency, Distributed Computing, and proficiency in SQL
• Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks such as JUnit, REST Assured, TestNG, or Jest
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+, and building responsive interfaces

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience developing scalable web applications handling large datasets efficiently and working knowledge of GraphQL
• Expertise in state management frameworks like Redux and performance optimization including tuning JVM
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks, statistics, and machine learning
