L3 Activities (Architecture, Governance & Leadership)
i. Define and monitor performance metrics for the team
ii. Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain storage performance standards
iii. Prepare SOPs, runbooks, and documentation for operations
iv. Lead technical escalations and coordinate with OEM/vendors
v. Analyze complex issues and provide solutions
vi. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques and decision-making
vii. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
viii. Work across teams to drive outcomes
ix. Manage BAU operations and support IT strategy execution
x. Ensure uninterrupted IT services and coordinate with user groups
xi. Manage service levels, resource planning, and coordination
xii. Support selection of storage hardware/software solutions
xiii. Drive process improvements in service delivery
xiv. Provide support to design and presales teams
xv. Handle audit requirements and documentation submissions
xvi. Manage BCP, DR activities, and outage recovery
xvii. Configure monitoring alerts and optimize thresholds
xviii. Perform trend analysis for proactive issue management
