Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement workshops with business users and stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage product backlog and support sprint planning activities.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support UAT activities and ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage requirement changes.
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in user story creation and backlog management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and process documentation.
Mandatory Domain Experience
• Automobile Industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Understanding of automobile sales, service, spare parts, warranty, inventory, dealer operations, and related business processes.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to create wireframes, workflows, and business process diagrams
