Contentful CMS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Contentful CMS.
• Configure and manage Contentful content models, environments, roles, and workflows.
• Develop and integrate Contentful APIs (Content Delivery API, Content Management API, GraphQL API).
• Integrate Contentful with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Build reusable components and ensure responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Optimize content delivery, caching, and application performance.
• Implement security best practices and ensure proper access management.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring high availability.

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Contentful CMS.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
