We are looking for a strong Project Manager to manage a project (mutliple workstreams), for one of our business
units. The requirement is in India.

1) Project Planning, Estimation, Requirement Analysis
2) Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building
3) Should be able to manage multiple workstreams
4) Very effcient in Issue and Risk Management
5) Excellent communication and presentation skills
6) Excellent People Management Skills
7) Should be able to navigate and co-ordinate with multiple groups in our organization
8) Should be able to build partnership with Technology and Business partners and should be able to influence decision making
9) Good Agile Management Skills. Hands-on skills needed. Should be able to lead scrums and conduct agile ceremonies
10) Hands on in JIRA and Scrum Leading and should be able to execute Srum Master responibilities
11) Should be able to work closely with the business team in defining requirements/user stories
12) Experience in Financial Services Domain needed.
13) Release Management
14) Product Management Experience (nice to have)
