E-Commerce Integration Specialist

The ideal candidate is a SolutionsEngineer / Integration Specialist with B2B E-Commerce experience,capable of discussingAPI architecture with developers inthe morning and customer business processes with sales teams in the afternoon.They combine technical integration expertise with strong stakeholder managementskills and can become the digital integration expertsupporting global customer growth initiatives.

Position Summary
The function will support the GlobalE-Commerce Sales Team by designing, implementing, and maintainingdigital integrations between the company's systems and customer platforms.

The role focuses on enablingautomated business processes through APIs, stock feeds, pricing interfaces, andother digital data exchanges.

The function will collaboratewith customers, internal IT teams, ERP specialists, and global sales teams toensure seamless digital connectivity and support the company's digital commercegrowth strategy.

This position is basedin India andoperates as partof the Global E-Commerce organization, supporting customers and stakeholdersacross multiple regions.

MainResponsibilities

Customer Integration Projects
Lead technical onboarding of customersfor B2B digital integrations.
Analyze customer requirements forautomated ordering processes.
Define and document interfacespecifications.
Coordinate integration projects betweencustomers and internal technical teams.
Support customer testing, validation, andgo-live activities.

API Development & Management
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIintegrations.
Support API-based order transmission.
Implement customer interfaces for:
Order placement
Order status requests
Product information
Inventory availability
Pricing requests
Customer-specific catalogs
Monitor API performance and troubleshootissues.

E-Commerce Process Automation
Identify opportunities to automatecustomer transactions.
Reduce manual processing through digitalworkflows.
Improve data quality and transactionefficiency.

Data Integration & Feeds
Build and maintain:
Stock feeds
Product feeds
Pricing feeds
Customer master-data interfaces
Support various integration formats
REST APIs

Stakeholder Management
Act as technical liaison between:
