Job Purpose: The Data Security and Privacy Executive supports the implementation of security policies, compliance measures, and risk mitigation strategies. This role assists in monitoring threats, managing incidents, and ensuring adherence to data protection regulations.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.

Security+ (CompTIA), ISO 27001 Foundation, CIPP etc
Work Experience (Range of years):
3+ years in data security and data Privacy compliance, or cybersecurity operations.
Data Security and Privacy Executive
Security Operations & Compliance:
Assist in implementing data security policies and access controls.
Support compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and ISO 27001.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
Help conduct privacy and security assessments.
Threat Monitoring & Incident Support:
Track security alerts and escalate potential threats.
Support forensic investigations and incident response efforts.
Assist in vulnerability scanning and remediation.
Maintain security tools and reporting dashboards.
Risk Management & Policy Enforcement:
Ensure adherence to security frameworks and best practices.
Assist in third-party risk assessments and vendor security reviews.
Support implementation of privacy-by-design in business processes.
Help with employee security awareness programs.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work with IT and cybersecurity teams on security initiatives.
Stay updated on evolving threats and compliance changes.
Assist in training sessions on data protection and security.
Support automation and optimization of security processes.
